Joe Robot includes comprehensive escalation procedures. If the AI cannot help (technical issues, complex requests, or if the client asks to speak with a human), both you and the client receive text messages with your company contact information. This ensures no one ever feels stuck, and there's always a clear path to resolution while maintaining strong client relationships.
Absolutely! Call your AI Receptionist's dedicated number from the Contact Phone configured in Settings. Those calls are free (no credits consumed), so you can test as much as you need. Calls shorter than 10 seconds are also free.
If a client doesn't call to schedule after receiving a scheduling text (when Jobber client texts are enabled), you can configure follow up reminder texts on a schedule you define under Settings → Jobber → Scheduling → Client Texts.
When Jobber Scheduling is connected with client texts enabled, new Jobber requests detected in real time can trigger a text prompting the client to call your AI Receptionist to schedule their visit. Reminder follow ups can be sent on a schedule you configure. Historical requests are not backfilled on first connect.
Yes! With Request Creation enabled, callers can create new Jobber requests mid call for assessment or quote work. With Scheduling also on, the visit can be booked in the same call. Client texts may use the word "appointment" even though Jobber stores a visit.
